I use the following during my races to keep me going.  I'll usually take a GU around mile 6, some sports Jelly Beans and Shot Blocks throughout, another GU around 13, then a Powerbar or Snickers Bar around 16.  Sometimes more, sometimes less.  It all depends on the weather.  Since the weather will be pretty warm, I'll need lots and lots of water and Gatorade. I haven't tried the Endurox recovering drink, but I'm going to give it a shot after the race Sunday.
