Young Guns Running Group Voted Best of Austin After School Activity from the Austin Chronicle!  Thanks for the support Austin!!!

Welcome to the Young Guns Running Group website!  Here you will find information on one of Austin's best youth fitness groups. 

Young Guns Running Group was started in the spring of 2009 to teach a love of running as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long runners.

Workouts:
Young Gun's focus is on improving running endurance and overall fitness, develop "functional" strength, flexibility, and improve core strength and body alignment. Further, runners will likely see improvements in self-image, confidence, attitude, social-interpersonal-relationship-skills, as well as ability to focus on tasks and school-work. (These benefits of exercise are well-known in adults, and they also apply and are especially important for youth.) 

The main goal of Young Guns Running, Biking, & Boxing groups is to have fun and enjoy being outdoors with others while being active!
